Before You Write
- For current-location issues, check that Location permission is enabled for the app.
- For purchase issues, use Restore in Settings before emailing.
- Username-only sync accounts cannot be recovered if their password is lost.
- For weather availability, include the city name and country in your message.
Account Deletion
Account sync is optional. To delete a sync account, open Settings, go to account sync, and tap Delete account. The app asks you to reauthenticate, then removes the Firebase account and synced Foreign Weather data from the developer-managed sync system.
Apple-linked accounts revoke the Apple OAuth access token during deletion. Local on-device settings and cached forecasts can be removed by deleting the app from the device.
